You have the right to access your genetic reports, control your personal data, and make decisions based on your test results. However, the interpretation and use of your genetic information should always involve consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

The services and reports provided by MyEngene® are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes based on your genetic data. MyEngene® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice, and we are not liable for any interruptions or delays in service availability due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

3. Payment, Subscriptions, and Cancellation Terms

All orders placed through MyEngene® require full payment before a DNA test kit is shipped. If you subscribe to any service plans, such as annual updates or premium features, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Please note that orders can only be canceled before payment is completed; once payment has been processed, the order becomes final, and no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be possible. Subscription fees, if applicable, will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
